Here at Augustine Talent Group, our goal is to present you with a profile of the ideal candidate, a true asset, someone who will make an impact not just a resume. We take the time to get to know our candidates: what they desire, the type of culture they work best in, how they lead or manage, how they like to be managed, the changes they can make. How We Work

Step 1: Research

We’ll sit down with you and discuss your company, your organizational culture, and your strategic objectives. This information lets us form a profile of the ideal candidate for your open role.

Step 2: Sourcing

We use state-of-the-art technology, our broad network, and a robust referral system to source top candidates for your open roles. If your ideal candidate is already employed, do not worry – we are experts at connecting with passive candidates and highlighting why they should consider a new opportunity with your company.

Step 3:
Candidate Profiles

We recognize that your company’s success is directly related to the amazing people that work for you. As we continue to strive to be your preferred search firm, we take the time to learn more about our applicants and what makes them so great by conducting a live video-recorded interview and having them complete a Talent Selfie®. The Talent Selfie® looks at typical external behavior/personality, but more importantly it dives deep into what is called their talent wiring, literally the hard wiring on the inside. This profile coupled with the recorded video provides a comprehensive picture of “who” the candidate is, how they can be an asset to you and why you should choose to meet them.

Step 4: Interviews

Once you have chosen the candidates you wish to meet your team, we will make all the arrangements necessary to ensure that all parties are apprised of the interview forum, the date, and time.

Step 5: Placement

We’ll help facilitate the offer, assist with salary and benefits negotiations, and more to get your new team member onboarded and up to speed, fast.
