A History of Excellence

Our founder, Lorraine Heywood, spent 20 years on the agency side of the recruiting industry, where she managed several large firms before branching out into agency ownership. Then, she transitioned to the corporate world and worked in executive leadership for 10 years, working her way to a high-level role in the C-suite. It was during these years of managing and owning large recruiting firms that one thing became very clear: The impact on revenue and morale when a bad hire is placed or when an organization doesn’t have enough people is significant. ATG was formed to make sure that doesn’t happen for as many companies as possible.
